hii fam
i hope everyone are safe ! i know everyone are pissed off sitting at home, and hearing all negative news about current situation , it's sad and difficult ,all are scared and hopeless .
i really felt like talking and writing about this topic in these days,
my purpose with this blog is to bring some hope and positivity out of this situation.
that what can we do now, changing our thoughts may help us to be calm in this situation and also we can make this time useful for us to grow!
I strongly believe that our our minds can change our life either in good or bad way, it only depend on you and your thoughts .
I know its hard to have a positive view about everything , we won't be able to do all the time but practising that constantly will become easier for you.
What i am trying to say is,
we have so much time , why don't we make the best out of it ?
we can improve ourselves!
here i will give some ideas so that you can practise ,
→ Start reading a book [it will be good if u read book regarding personal development] .
→Create \ learn something new.
→Spend time to take care of yourself
→Detox your mind , body and soul.
→Try and cook new recipies.
→Experiment new things.
→practise gratitude๐
→Learn new hobbies.
→Make some good memories.
→listen some good positive speech of motivational speakers.i bet you will get to learn some new things.
→Get close to God.
→Watch some good funny movies which can make you laugh. i swear laughing can make you relax!
Apart from all this, there are lot of things to do and try , but i thought i should write what i do ,and finally
DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY ! YOUR HAPPINESS MATTERS...๐
And dont't worry about the situation ,it will pass, everything will get back on track soon.
be grateful for what you have , there's a lot of who are waiting to have what you have .pray for them.
i know some of the people who are just crying to get back on their country to their home,we are lucky ! don't you think that? just include them in your prayers and stay home.
And here are some information to remind you ,
that this days can be more difficult for the people who don't have financial security. the people who work for daily wages or depending on monthly income and for poor peoples, i saw govt. came with the request of helping them , if u can do something for them , it will be great ! either a small contribution will help. you can check mygov.in and who.int site for latest updates and information.
there are so many myths spreading over ,make sure you are aware of it .and DONT PANIC.
And that's it for now ! i wish everyone a healthy and happy life !
